Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products (such as PDF workbooks) sold on our websites, including the shops of Rosa Delgado, Amara Okafor and Jade Moon. Our digital products are intended for consumers for their personal, non-commercial use.

Digital products and delivery

All our products are digital. Nothing will be shipped. After your payment has been completed, you will receive an email with your download link right away. Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

Our goodwill guarantee (all customers)

If your file is damaged, doesn’t open, or you can’t access your download, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll fix it, send you a new link, or refund your payment.

Please contact us first before disputing a payment with your bank or card provider. In almost every case, we can solve the problem quickly and directly.

Customers outside the European Union (including the United States)

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download link has been sent, except as described in our goodwill guarantee above. This does not affect any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country.

Consumers in the European Union: right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we begin delivering the digital content (by providing your download link), provided that:

you expressly agreed during checkout that we may begin delivering the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period,

you confirmed during checkout that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result, and

we have sent you a confirmation of the contract by email that records your consent and acknowledgment.

Right of withdrawal

Where your right of withdrawal has not expired as described above, the following applies:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
